Salve e grazie del suggerimento, offrire una dimensione più “social” a Immobiliare.it potrebbo comportare vantaggi e svantaggi. Una idea interessante, ma da valutare dal punto di vista tecnologico e pratico.

As an American, I have found the quality of professionalism among real estate agents at Rome the lowest in the world. You make an appointment with them, and they either never respond, or break it at the last moment. They use the most inane excuses, like the property owner took it off the market or someone just rented it, and yet it stays on the market. They are obviously discriminating against potential renters and are so stupid they never even get to the point of inquiriing if you are trustworthy or can pay, they only care how you appear to their limited sense of prejudice. How they ever make a commission, God only knows....
